I recently listened to a TED Talk about finding your why — and wow, it really hit home. It made me stop and think about what I’m doing and why. You’d think that would be an easy question to answer, but for most of us, it’s not.

For years, I worked jobs that paid the bills but left me feeling drained and unfulfilled. I was often tired, short-tempered, and running on autopilot. What got me through were the people — good friends, great kids, and co-workers I respected and enjoyed.

Fast forward to today, and I’m finally taking the time to figure out what truly lights me up. You’ve probably heard the phrase “do what you love” — it sounds simple, but after years of living in survival mode, it can be surprisingly hard to figure out what that really means.

Why Health Coaching

Because it feels right.

I believe in the power of real, whole food. I’ve seen how nourishing our bodies with real food can transform our health, energy, our mood, and even the way we see ourselves. I also believe that when we take time to focus on our own well-being — through relaxation, spirituality, and meaningful social connections — we give our souls a chance to recover and thrive.

Health coaching resonates with me as it combines my love for learning, my desire to help others, and my belief that small, intentional changes can lead to lasting, life-changing results.

My Mission

This is my why — to help others rediscover balance, joy, and confidence in their own well-being, one simple step at a time.

If my story resonates with you, I’d love for you to follow along on this journey toward a more balanced, joyful life. Together, we can learn, grow, and create lasting changes that truly matter
